Lifestyle blogger Tami Reed, of TalkingwithTami.com (pictured center), was invited to spend the afternoon with a few cast members from the hit TV series, Belle Collective on the OWN Network.
The Southern Belles return for their third season and they have been hosting a few meet and greets around the country. Two of the ladies hosted a tea party at The Ginger Tea Room in Alpharetta, Ga.
The series premiered on Oprah Winfrey Network on January 15, 2021. The show follows the lives of 5 successful businesswomen in Jackson, Mississippi.
“You guys know I’m all for anything girly so I couldn’t wait to make my way to Alpharetta, Ga to meet the lovely Southern Belles,” Tami wrote.
Tami continued:
“Today I got to see my darling friend Lateisha Pearson that I had the pleasure of meeting last year out for dinner! We got a chance to catch up and keekee for a bit! She looks fabulous and I loved her fascinator!”
A “fascinator” is a small fancy headdress worn by high society women at tea parties.
“I also got to meet Marie Hamilton-Abston! Both ladies went around the room and introduced themselves before we got to also have an etiquette conversation and training led by Carol Rey, owner of The Elite School of Etiquette. I learned so much today and plan on using my new skills when I’m out dining and more!
