Halle Berry has come to terms with aging out of the movie industry, but she’s “going down fighting.”

Halle, who recently turned 57, is tackling the effects of aging with a healthy diet, supplements and probiotics.

“I am aging though. Girl, let me tell you, I’m aging but I’m going down fighting. I’m gonna accept that aging. I’m gonna keep doing all my supplements. Probiotics are a big part of that to metabolize my food and my sugars better so that I stay healthy. That’s how we fight that in 2023,” Halle said during an Instagram Live video about her new “side hustle” as Chief Communication Officer for Pendulum, a probiotic company.

The soft-spoken mother-of-two admitted taking a fistful of vitamins, Omega 3 fish oil and other supplements to slow down the aging process.

“I take a ton of vitamins… there are things that I just have to take. I take a vitamin D, vitamin K, a good multivitamin by Thorne that I really, really love. I take something for my thyroid, I take something for my adrenals… I take calcium for my bones… I’m pretty much a pharmacy over here.”

She continued:

“I also try to eat well, because I also think that you really get your best source of vitamins from healthy food. So I do also, you know, make sure I’m getting all of my healthy greens, I eat healthy amount of protein. As you all know, I am diabetic, so I don’t do carbs, I don’t do processed sugars, you know, things like that.”
