DJ Envy’s former business partner Cesar Pina (right) has broken his silence following his arrest on a single charge of wire fraud for allegedly scamming investors out of tens of millions of dollars.

Pina was arrested by federal agents on Oct. 18 and released on $1 million bond. He must wear an ankle monitor and he can’t leave the state of New Jersey.

In an Instagram Live on Tuesday, Pina made it clear that DJ Envy and the rest of his victims are innocent.

Pina blamed his problems on his investors, and he lashed out at YouTube commenters for mocking him.

“I am still gonna sleep fine tonight. I’m still gonna be in a multi-million dollar home,” he said. “I’m still good, but are you? When I go to jail and I come back out and I flip the sh*t again three times, what are you gonna be doing?”

However, numerous videos have surfaced on Twitter/X that shows DJ Envy doing most of the talking while promoting their real estate seminars. The duo charged $99 for tickets to their real estate seminars across the country.

DJ Envy (pictured) is accused of using his substantial radio platform on “The Breakfast Club” to heavily promote Pina’s Ponzi scheme to unsuspecting radio listeners.

Some of the victims have reportedly amended their lawsuits to include iHeartRadio and Power 105.1 FM radio station as defendants.

“Power 105 and iHeartRadio is being included in victim lawsuits so they are deleting old episodes of The Breakfast Club online where DJ Envy admits the scam,” a Twitter/X user wrote on Monday.

In one video, Envy said attendees would learn how to flip (sell) renovated houses to pass down “generational wealth” to their children.

But critics say the information shared at the seminars can be found online for free.

In another video, DJ Envy promised one lucky attendee would win a “Trap Landlord” pendant worth about $10,000. But an attendee said the chain he won was cheap and broke easily.
