Paris Hilton responded to “sick” Internet trolls who commented on her son’s head shape.
The Hilton Hotel heiress responded to rude comments left under her recent post about her infant son Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum’s first trip to New York City.
“There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy,” she wrote on TikTok.
“And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain,” she added.
Phoenix was born via a surrogate in January 2023. He is the Hollywood socialite’s first child with husband Carter Reum.
Paris, 42, shared images of her son on Instagram, along with the caption: “My precious angel baby Phoenix’s first time in NYC.”
Some trolls responded to the post by cracking jokes about the shape of the infant’s head.
“Stewie?” one person commented, referring to a character with a football shaped head on the animated TV series Family Guy.
Another troll wrote: “He is already further AHEAD in life then most.”
Others expressed concern and urged Paris to take her son to a specialist.
“God bless you. please take him to the neurosurgeon ASAP he needs a helmet soon I’m serious I’m a healthcare provider,” one follower wrote.
“He really does look like he has macrocephaly!” another commenter wrote.
Macrocephaly means an abnormally large head.
A third commenter noted, “My boys all had big heads, but his is much larger. And yes I’m a nurse.”
Paris, Phoenix and Carter were spotted leaving her penthouse apartment in Greenwich Village, NYC on Oct. 18. The family captured the attention of onlookers and fans who snapped selfies with her.
