TikTok Food Critic Keith Lee said he and his family received death threats after he reviewed soul food restaurants in Atlanta over the weekend.

Lee told Ryan Cameron, of “Ryan Cameron Uncensored,” that he won’t return to Atlanta because, “People there put a hit out on me.”

On Monday, Lee asked his followers to stop sending death threats to an Atlanta restaurant that he did not review. Lee sparked debate online when he came to Atlanta and “exposed the hell that is the Atlanta restaurant scene,” according to The Root.

Lee was not impressed with the Old Lady Gang eatery co-owned by “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker.

As you know, the Old Lady Gang failed a health inspection a few years ago.

Lee sent his wife and mom into the restaurant to order food to go. But they were told the restaurant does not serve food to go on weekends. They would have to be seated at a table — and there was an hour wait time for a table.

However, when Lee walked into the restaurant, he was told his party would be seated immediately.

Lee doesn’t want special preference – which is why he sent his family in while he waited in the car. Lee decided to go elsewhere.

Lee also complained about The Real Milk & Honey’s “house rules” that made for a negative dining experience.

After he left the restaurant he received a message that another restaurant, similarly named Milk & Honey, received death threats — even though he did not eat at that restaurant.

“Specifically, don’t leave hate to Milk & Honey, they didn’t do anything,” he said in a video.

“I’m absolutely 100% not with that,” Lee said. “That’s so corny and so lame regardless of my opinion on any restaurant… We don’t do that over here at all. If you do that you are not somebody that watch me.”

He added: “Don’t leave hate nowhere.”
