Rapper T.I. Harris and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris were sued for s*xual battery, drugging and kidnapping of a woman they met in a Los Angeles nightclub.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff claims T.I., 43, and Tiny, 48, took her to their hotel for a threesome that went horribly wrong.

The plaintiff, who filed as Jane Doe, says she was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and stationed in Los Angeles in or around 2005 when she and a friend went to a party at rapper Coolio’s home and met a man named “Caviar” who said he worked for T.I. and Tiny.

The plaintiff says T.I. and Tiny did not attend the party, but Caviar told her they would be at an L.A. nightclub the following night. She went to the club with a friend the next night, and met the famed couple in the VIP section.

The woman says she ordered 2 Amaretto sours on her own, before Tiny allegedly handed her another drink. The woman also shared the drink with her friend.

When T.I. decided to leave the club, the woman claims he asked her to accompany him and Tiny back to their hotel while her friend would ride with “Caviar” to the same hotel.

In court documents, the woman claims two other women she didn’t know got in an SUV with her, Tiny and T.I., and all 5 of them ended up in a hotel room. She said Tiny kicked out the other 2 women, because one was flirting excessively with T.I.

The plaintiff alleges Tiny took her into the bathroom, where she took off both of their clothes and then a naked T.I. joined them and they all got in the shower together.

The woman alleges T.I. then drugged her and both he and Tiny r*ped her.

Afterwards, she says she passed out until the next morning when a security guard woke her and told her to get dressed and leave.

She claims her genital area was itching and burning — but the security guard escorted her out of the room where T.I. and Tiny were still asleep in the bed.

She is suing the Harrises for sexual battery, assault, negligence and false imprisonment, according to TMZ.

An attorney for T.I. and Tiny tells TMZ, “Not only are the claims bogus, but they missed the deadline to file the lawsuit.”

However, the plaintiff is filing the lawsuit under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act, which opened a year-long window to revive claims where the statute of limitations had expired.

In 2021, dozens of women came forward with serious allegations of s*xual assault against T.I. and Tiny. However, no lawsuits were filed.
