Animal rights activists from PETA pelted Lori Harvey with documents outside the Marc Jacobs fashion show in New York City on Feb. 2.

One activist shouted at Lori, “Tell Marc Jacobs to go fur-free. He should be disgusted with himself. He’s one of the only American designers in the world still willing to murder foxes!”

Lori didn’t take the protest personally. But she did spark outrage when she wore a white fur coat to an event in Aspen, Colorado.

RhymeswithSnitch.com readers empathized with Lori.

One person wrote:

“No one takes PETA seriously. They actually complained to a manufacturer of carousel rides about using animals on merry-go-rounds. They said it promotes a belief in children that it’s ok to use animals for human pleasure. They’re nuts.”
