Candiace Dillard Bassett is leaving “The Real Housewives of Potomac” after 6 seasons according to reports.

The singer, who joined the series in season 3, tells People.com exclusively that she will not return to the reality series’ ninth season.

“As I embark on a new chapter after six remarkable years with The Real Housewives of Potomac, I am filled with gratitude for the enriching friendships, personal growth and moments of introspection that have defined this journey,” Dillard Bassett, 37, says.

Dillard Bassett claims she is “taking a break” from the series.

“With a whirlwind of new opportunities and responsibilities on my plate, I have decided to take a break from RHOP. This is not a farewell, but a ‘see you later.'”

She concluded: “Your unwavering support has been my guiding light, and I look forward to the exciting adventures that lie ahead — and more importantly, sharing them all with you!”

Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss also claimed she quit when her contract was not renewed by Bravo TV after 14 seasons.

“I think I made the right decision,” the 47-year-old mom-of-3 told Access Hollywood at the 2024 People’s Choice Awards last month.

Huger, 60, was charged with a DUI and 5 other traffic violations in Maryland on Tuesday after her Maserati jumped a curb and crashed into a tree.

Huger was not seriously injured, but her future as a RHOP cast member is in doubt.
