Last night, friend of the blog, Tami Reed, of TalkingwithTami.com, attended singer Brandy Norwood’s meet & greet in Atlanta.
Norwood introduced the latest Stella Rosa Brandy at the swanky JoJo’s Beloved Cocktail Lounge in Midtown Atlanta.
The evening included live music with Norwood, custom craft cocktails featuring Stella Rosa Brandy, curated by Norwood. Invited guests feasted on chocolate pairings from CACAO Atlanta, light appetizers and, of course, sipped Stella Rosa Butter Toffee brandy.
Tami (left) met one-on-one with Norwood and experienced a VIP tasting where she got to try the all-new “Butter Toffee” brandy.
Tami wrote: “She looks beautiful in person and mingled with the small group then we made a toast to the new launch!”
Norwood announced her partnership with Stella Rosa in 2022.
“It was a no-brainer to be part of this partnership,” Norwood told Secret Los Angeles. “It’s a dream come true honestly.”
Brandy Norwood, known professionally as Brandy, was born on February 11, 1979, in McComb, Mississippi, USA. She gained prominence starring as Moesha Mitchell in the UPN sitcom “Moesha” which aired from 1996 to 2001. She has released several successful albums, including her self-titled debut album Brandy (1994), Never Say Never (1998), and Full Moon (2002).
Norwood won a Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals for her collaboration with Monica on the song “The Boy Is Mine” in 1999.
Apart from acting and singing, Norwood has also ventured into Broadway, starring as Roxie Hart in the musical “Chicago” in 2015. In addition to “Moesha,” Brandy has appeared in various TV shows and movies, including “Cinderella” (1997) where she starred as Cinderella alongside Whitney Houston.
Norwood comes from a family of musicians and performers. Her younger brother, Ray J, is also a well-known singer and actor. Norwood has also ventured into business, including launching her own perfume line called “Brandy” in 2005.
