Two women named in Sean Combs’s latest s*xual assault lawsuit say they were not underaged in the evidence photos.

Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a lawsuit on Feb. 26 accusing Combs of s*xual assault and other allegations.

Jones claimed he was forced to sit in a bathroom while the music mogul showered naked.

Jones claims Combs groped his genitals, touched his anus, and paraded around naked in front of Jones.

Jones, 37, produced Combs’ Grammy-nominated R&B album, The Love Album.

The documents also claim, Combs, 54, allegedly directed his son Justin Combs (center) and Stevie J, 52, to recruit young prostitutes. Justin, 30, was allegedly instructed by his father to find underaged girls to attend the parties.

But two of the women identified in photos submitted as evidence say they were not underaged at the time the photos were taken.

Shawn Holley, Combs’s attorney, told TMZ that one of the women, 33-year-old Chelsea, was not a minor at the time.

Holley also identified the other woman in a photo with Justin Combs, as his 32-year-old girlfriend, Stephanie Rao.

TMZ did some investigative work and found other photos that seemingly verify that the woman pictured is indeed Combs’ longtime girlfriend.

Holley believes that Jones and his legal team were “careless” in putting their lawsuit together.

Other discrepancies include the mention of a video purporting to show music producer Stevie J (left) engaged in a s*x act with another male.

But an adult s*x worker came forward and admitted he is the man in the video, not Stevie.

The lawsuit also contained allegations that Combs slept with “a Philadelphia rapper who dated Nicki Minaj” and an R&B singer who “performed at the Superbowl and had a successful Vegas residency.”

Fans speculated that the Philly rapper is Meek Mill, pictured right with rapper Lil Durk.

Meek went on a 3-day rant, denying the allegations, and insisting he is a heterosexual male.

In a tweetstorm that continued on Friday, Meek used vulgar language to describe a woman’s genitals. He insisted he has s*x with women at least twice a day.

The LGBT+ community accused the 32-year-old rapper of blatant homophobia.

The hashtag #Freakmill trended on Twitter/X on Thursday.
