Comedian DC Young Fly, who’s baby mama, Jacky Oh! died from cosmetic surgery complications, was booed off the stage in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
DC is currently part of the “We Them Ones Comedy Tour” starring Mike Epps, DeRay Davis, Chico Bean, and Lil Duval.
A fan uploaded a TikTok video showing DC, wearing a shorts set and sitting on a chair onstage. He recalled the time he got hooked on cocaine and he said the experience brought him closer to God.
DC said he blamed God for not making it to the NBA, because he and his friends were busy “chasing b***hes.” That’s when fans in the audience began to boo.
“They’re booing him,” said a female voice behind the camera. “They’re booing him. Oh my God, DC is getting booed.”
DC paused as the boos rained down on him from the audience.
“This is where the story gets real,” he continued. “When I got hooked on cocaine… My relationship with God got started. Now this is what I had to go through in order to find a close relationship with God. I think I turned out pretty good.”
The boos got started again, but others in the audience applauded louder.
“When the devil is trying to work, you gotta stand tall,” DC said, as he stood up.
“Don’t ever let nobody in the world use you as an example of why the world is a bad place,” he told the audience. “Atlantic City, keep God close,” he said, before dropping the mic and walking off stage.
Host Mike Epps asked the crowd to give DC another round of applause. Epps then said, “I think it was that Meek Mill outfit he had on.”
