Tyrone Blackburn, attorney for Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, is preparing to file a lawsuit against Sean Combs’ youngest son, Christian Combs.
According to All Hip Hop, Blackburn claims Christian allegedly s*xually assaulted a woman.
Christian is the son of Sean “Puffy” Combs, 54, and the late model Kim Porter. He turned 26 on April 1.
A Jane Doe has come forward alleging the aspiring rapper s*xually assaulted her. Blackburn is representing the unnamed woman.
As of now, the specifics of the lawsuit against Christian remain under wraps. But Blackburn says the suit involves allegations of drugging and s*xually assaulting the woman.
Christian is also accused of gun running, drug dealing, s*x trafficking and other wild allegations.
On March 25, Homeland Security agents served a warrant at Puffy’s Holmby Hills estate and briefly detained Christian and his older brother, Justin Combs, 30.
Aaron Dyer, one of Puffy’s attorneys, criticized the federal raid as a “witchhunt”.
“There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated,” Dyer said in a statement.
“Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way,” Dyer said.
