Taylor Swift’s new double album is projected to sell a whopping 2 million+ units in the first week!

The 14-time Grammy Award winner released The Tortured Poets Department at midnight Friday. The double album features 31 tracks of mostly breakup songs.

According to HITS Daily Double, insiders project the album will eclipse Taylor’s Midnights, which sold 1.6 million in the first week in 2022.

In one track, Taylor appears to diss her opp Kim Kardashian. Taylor’s fans noted the track titled “thanK you aIMee” spells out Kim’s name in capital letters.

Taylor’s lyrics describe “aIMee” as a “bronze spray-tanned statue” in her hometown. She sings, the statue “threatens to push me down the stairs at our school.”

“All that time you were throwin’ punches
    I was buildin’ somethin’
And I can’t forgive the way you made me feel
Screamed f*** you, Aimee to the night sky
    As the blood was gushing
But I can’t forget the way you made me heal.”

Taylor even suggests that her own mother, Andrea Swift, wanted aIMee (Kim) dead.

Taylor and Kim’s beef dates back nearly a decade, when Taylor accused Kim of leaking a 2016 phone call online.

In the call, Ye, formerly Kanye West, tells Taylor about a song he’s working on. He later released the track “Famous”.

“I feel like Taylor Swift might owe me sex,” he raps on the original demo track.

But when the song was released, the lyrics changed to: “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. I made that bitch famous.”

Taylor’s rep told EW, “Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single on her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric.”

Then Kim leaked the audio of Ye and Taylor’s phone call online.

Taylor has always insisted the audio was edited, and it put her and her family “through hell” for years.
