Nicki Minaj is not performing in Amsterdam following her arrest for smuggling weed at an airport.

Nicki’s concert on June 2 in Amsterdam has been canceled, a promoter said Friday.

Fans accused the rapper of canceling her Amsterdam gig because she was mad at Dutch officials. She was also slammed for showing up late to her Glasgow show and performing a short set.

One irate fan wrote on Instagram:

“You’re wrong for this Onika, there are so many other Barbz who didn’t get to see you on the first date. Besides that you were so late that we didn’t get the full setlist. I was excited for Sunday bc I expected you’d be on time so many of us could hear the full setlist. Now you canceled on us AND the Barbz who didn’t even get to see you yet? You’re still welcome in Amsterdam so what’s the problem? So many people were excited to see you and paid lots of money besides the ticket. You’re punishing the Barbz now who support you and stood by you even when you got arrested just bc you’re mad?”

Dutch police told NBC News last week that they “arrested a 41-year-old American woman at Schiphol Airport… After consultation with the Public Prosecution Service, the suspect was fined and can continue her journey.”

Nicki was fined $380 USD and released from custody. The rap star captured her arrest on Instagram Live. An officer is heard saying she was being taken into custody for “carrying drugs,” which she denied.

Nicki was shaken by the “disgusting” treatment she received at the hands of the Dutch police, who she says took “joy” in detaining her.

“But I’m not going to get into it and tell you guys the joy they took in it, even while I was there. But you know what? There was one lady there — all the rest were men — and I could tell she had a heart. But the treatment was just disgusting. And I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.”

The incident caused Nicki to postpone her concert in Manchester, England.

“Not being able to get to Manchester, I don’t know when was the last time I felt that low, you know? And not only that, but just knowing that something is being done to you on purpose. You are a confident other race, you know?”

Nicki did perform in London, where she was joined onstage by reggae dancehall star Beenie Man.
