The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshals arrested a 4th suspect in the murder of aspiring rapper Julio Foolio, 26.

JSO released additional footage of the arrest of Rashad Murphy, 30, Tuesday morning at an apartment complex in the Ortega neighborhood of Jacksonville.

During the standoff Rashad Murphy Facetimed his girlfriend and cried while holding a gun to his head, according to JSO.

A SWAT team fired tear gas canisters inside the apartment.

Murphy emerged from an apartment, crying and holding a puppy in his hand.

Police told Murphy to drop his German Shepherd puppy. He complied, while whimpering and crying.

After police told Murphy to get on the ground and crawl to them, he yelled, “I can’t breathe!”

He is the fourth suspect arrested in connection with the June shooting death of Julio Foolio, born Charles Jones.

The search continues for Rashad’s brother, Davion Murphy, 27, of Jacksonville.

Gathright, Isaiah Chance and his girlfriend Alicia Andrews were arrested in Jacksonville on Sunday.

A reward is being offered for the arrest of Davion Murphy.
