Prominent Houston attorney Tony Buzzbee filed the first wave of anonymous lawsuits against Sean Combs.

In new court documents obtained by Sandrarose.com, Buzbee is representing a man who claims he was 16 when Combs fondled him at a White Party in the Hamptons in 1998.

Buzbee filed a “Memorandum of Law in Support of Plaintiff’s Motion to Proceed Anonymously.” He said he would comply if the court asked him to disclose his client’s name to Combs’s legal team.

In the documents, Buzbee said, “if required by Court, his client would “confidentially disclose his name to counsel for Defendants.”

Some states don’t allow plaintiffs to file lawsuits anonymously because defendants have the right to face their accusers.

Buzbee’s client is suing Combs, Bad Boy Records, and others associated with Combs.

Buzbee wrote, “Combs has a history of violent and aggressive behavior and has been the subject of numerous civil complaints… Combs and the people within his organizations, are dangerous.”

In a photo exhibit attached to the lawsuit, Combs is seen draping his arm around the shoulder of the plaintiff who attended Combs’ White Party. The plaintiff was 16 years old at the time.

According to court documents, the teenager was an aspiring singer who was “thrilled” to attend the star-studded event. His face is obscured in the photo to protect his identity.

The lawsuit alleged Combs “took an interest in John Doe and wanted to talk to him”. They then moved to a private area near the portable restrooms. Once there, the alleged victim told Combs he was a “big fan” and shared his dreams of becoming a star. The lawsuit claims Combs abruptly told John Doe that he needed to drop his pants so that he could inspect his genitals, as a rite of passage to becoming a star.

The court documents state: “Combs remained calm and stood in front of him and stretched out his hand in a cupped position. Out of fear, anxiety and the imbalanced power dynamic between himself and Combs, John Doe then dropped his pants and exposed his [genitals] as Combs previously instructed.”

The music producer allegedly grabbed John Doe’s genitals and held them for a long period of time before letting go and telling the boy his people would be in touch.
