Wendy resides in an $18,000 a month apartment on a memory unit at an assisted living facility in New York.
The demonstrations are planned for April 1 — April Fool’s Day in New York and Los Angeles, California.
The 60-year-old former talk show host was granted permission to hire a new legal team to take on her request to remove her legal guardian, Sabrina Morrissey.
Morrissey was assigned to Wendy when Wells Fargo froze her bank accounts due to unusually large withdrawals allegedly by a family member.
The bank sent a letter to a judge suggesting she be put in a conservatorship to protect her from “undue influence and financial exploitation.” The judge then appointed Morrissey to oversee Wendy’s finances, Page Six reported.
