Your favorite fitness trainer Ashton Hall is usually in bed early and up by 4 a.m. for his infamous morning routine before he goes for a run. The rest of his day is spent on the phone or on his computer inspiring other entrepreneurs to make money.
In a new video posted on TikTok, Ashton takes a rare break to attend a Miami Heat game at the Kaseya Center.
The Miami Heat mascot, Burnie, mimics Ashton’s morning routine ice facials by dunking his (or her) face into a bucket.
“Ice facials have definitely seen a resurgence in recent years, largely driven by social media,” board-certified dermatologist Dr. Alexis Stephens of Parkland Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery told USA TODAY.
Ashton returned home to his $15,000 a month penthouse and was in bed by 11:18 p.m. But he still got up before sunrise at 3:50 a.m. to begin his work day.
