Last February, reality TV star Drew Sidora asked a Gwinnett County, Georgia judge to put her ex, Ralph Pittman, out of his own home.
Drew told the judge that her estranged husband was a “threat” to her three children. She asked the judge to throw Ralph out of the house because she feared him.
Drew and Ralph share two children, and she shares her eldest son, Jojo, with her ex, Ricky Brascom.
On the April 20 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Drew, 39, prepared for another court appearance with her ex.
Again, she asked the judge to throw Ralph out of his own home. She also asked to see his financial records and to keep their divorce case sealed.
Ralph and Drew filed back-to-back divorce petitions in 2023 after 9 years of marriage. They were still living together for the sake of their kids.

Ralph is represented by celebrity attorney Precious Anderson, who is also your Auntie’s longtime attorney.
Drew, 39, knew she was in for a legal fight when Ralph fired his attorney and retained Precious.

“The longer this divorce process prolongs itself, it makes things more contentious between Ralph and I,” Drew told the camera as she made her way into the court house. “There’s always opportunity for us to mediate, but I feel like Ralph definitely wants to fight. I’m just hoping in this court date we can make some movement.”
Ralph wanted his court records unsealed while Drew wanted the case to remain under seal for the sake of their children.
Drew explained that keeping the records sealed was important to prevent their children, Josiah, Machai and Aniya, from reading about their bitter divorce battle online.
When Bravo producers asked Drew what in the records was “so damaging,” she said, “There’s definitely more evidence against Ralph than against me,” before adding she was “more fearful” about what their kids would read about their father.
The cameras followed Ralph and Precious to the courtroom doors – but not inside the courtroom.
20 minutes later, Ralph and Precious emerged from the courtroom with smiles on their faces. The judge granted his request to unseal the case – which left Drew devastated.
After the hearing, Ralph could be seen laughing with his attorney, Precious, while Drew appeared discouraged, while walking with her legal team (see video below).

In a confessional, Drew revealed that Ralph was not required to turn over all of his financial documents to her. But most disappointing for Drew, Ralph was permitted to remain in his home with Drew and their children.
“I don’t know why Ralph wanted to unseal the case,” Drew continued. “It’s like a nightmare. My kids will have to see everything on the internet, and that is my biggest fear.”

Ralph has a comfortable bachelor pad/man cave in his home’s finished basement.
Drew yelled at Ralph when she left the courthouse, as tears rolled down her face.
