Fitness influencer Ashton Hall was surrounded by his assistants as he went to a charity event in Miami.
Ashton is famous for his “morning routine” that includes ice water and banana peel facials.

“Ice facials have definitely seen a resurgence in recent years, largely driven by social media,” board-certified dermatologist Dr. Alexis Stephens of Parkland Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery told USA TODAY.
According to In Touch, Ashton, 29, was sued for making a key fob for a guest to use the building’s amenities free of charge.

The duplicate key fob was deemed a security violation in court documents obtained by In Touch on Friday, March 28.
The Brickell Flatiron Condominium Association claimed Ashton or “someone acting by or through the Tenant” breached “the Association’s security system and improperly cloned the key fob providing access to the common elements, condominium and property,” in October 2024, according to the suit.
According to court paperwork, Ashton paid the condo owner a $15,250 security deposit, and first and last month’s rent in the amount of $30,500 before moving into the $15,250 a month penthouse back in May 2024.

Both Ashton and the condo owner received written notices of the violation in October 2024.
However, Ashton refused to move out and the owner refused to enforce the lease terms.
According to In Touch, the case was dismissed without prejudice by the 11th Judicial Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida, on Thursday March 27.
The luxury 3-bedroom apartment was the focal point of Ashton’s massively popular “morning routine” videos.
