Women are dying to get Brazilian butt lifts literally and figuratively. If sudden death isn’t bad enough, the BBL may release a foul odor that is offensive to others.
In a recent TikTok video, a woman explains she had her BBL removed because her “sit down air was stinking real real bad.”
The TikTok user named Kay Montana said the foul odor came out of her incision. She said she carried around a bottle of air freshener or perfume to try and mask the odor.
Kay said her BBL ruined her life and the odor caused her man to leave her.
“BBLs stink do you hear me?” she said. “It’s coming out of the incision… If it’s not healing properly and your body is rejecting it, the hole will remain open and the drainage will continue to come out and stink up your linens, stink up everything. OK?”
Kay warns other women to stay away from BBLs because they stink.

The BBL was first popularized by Kim Kardashian, but she has since removed the butt enhancement that helped make her famous.
Kim, 44, is credited with inspiring thousands of women to risk their lives to get the Kim K. silhouette.
Dr Roger Tsai, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, confirmed the BBL stench in a TikTok video.

He said BBLs do smell because they’re so large that it’s difficult to clean the entire area. “Wiping down there is gonna be a lot more difficult because there’s more to reach around,” he confirmed.
Bacteria grows best in moist, dark places. BBLs provide the perfect medium for bacterial growth.
Dr Lara Devgan, a New York City-based board-certified plastic surgeon, said she stopped performing the procedure due to the high mortality rate.
“The Brazilian butt lift is an operation that I do not perform any longer, because the mortality data speaks for itself. The risk-benefit calculus simply does not add up,” she said.
