Zion Williamson’s ex-girlfriend Ahkeema Love, aka Ahkeema Rose, was arrested and charged with home invasion and stalking the NBA star.
Love, 31, is accused of threatening Willamson’s current girlfriend on social media before the alleged assault at his mansion inside a gated community in Kenner, Louisiana, WSDU reported.
Police say Ahkeema had a key to the home but she was not allowed to enter the house without his permission. After assaulting his unnamed girlfriend, Ahkeema Love fled the home but she was later arrested.
In March, Ahkeema (pictured) allegedly threw eggs at his home, according to Jefferson Parish Assistant District Attorney Ralph Alexis.
She then contacted the unidentified woman on social media and threatened her. “Don’t worry. It’s going to be your head next when I drop this baby. Count your days,” she said.
Ahkeema Love faces three counts of home invasion, aggravated burglary, and stalking, according to the Kenner Police Department.
Zion and Ahkeema once shared the home when she gave birth to his daughter in 2023. The New Orleans Pelicans star proudly announced he was going to be a father in a video on social media.
“If you don’t know anything else in this world, know that mommy and daddy love you,” Williamson said to his unborn child in the video (see below).
“Thank you God for blessing my family with an addition,” Ahkeema wrote on Instagram. “We will give her unconditional love, guidance, protection, and a family. We are so grateful for baby Williamson.”
Zion and Ahkeema held a gender reveal party in New Orleans in June 2023. They welcomed their daughter in November 2023.
