A new lawsuit filed by a Georgia man accuses Sean Combs and his former assistant Derek Watkins of rape. The lawsuit is the latest in over 70 cases filed against the 55-year-old music mogul by multiple men and women.
In the lawsuit, filed May 20, in Fulton County, Ga, Randy DeWayne Pittman accused Combs and Watkins of assaulting and drugging him on May 23, 2003 at a hotel in Atlanta, Ga.
Watkins, 51, is also known as Fonzworth Bentley,
The incident reportedly took place following a Sean John fashion show at Lenox Square Mall in the affluent Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta.
Pittman accused the defendants of drugging him and two minor females in the hotel room. He also accused Combs and Watkins of infliction of emotional distress.
Pittman said he was a talent scout for a modeling agency when he attended the fashion show in Atlanta. Pittman confirmed he was not affiliated with combs, Watkins or the fashion show.

Pittman said that during the event he was approached by Watkins who inquired about his occupation. Watkins then invited him to attend a private party hosted by Combs after the fashion show, according to the suit.
Pittman said Watkins invited him to the party on the condition that he bring female guests with him – and Pittman agreed.
The lawsuit claims Pittman was introduced to Combs who asked him to act as if he was part of the Sean John team and to take pictures of Combs at the event.
Pittman and the 2 females, ages 13 and 14, were allegedly transported to a hotel to attend the after-party.

The plaintiff alleged that the defendants plied him and the 2 minors with alcohol and drugs including Ecstasy, and coerced them to perform non-consensual sex acts through manipulation and threats of violence, according to the lawsuit.
Pittman is seeking punitive damages for the assault and infliction of emotional distress. The two minor females were not named in the lawsuit.
