Popular streamer Duchess Dior, real name Zaria Carr, died on June 14 after she exposed her husband for cheating on her during a Facebook Livestream.
Twin City, Georgia, police and the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a domestic disturbance at a private residence around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Arriving officers found Dior unconscious on the floor of the kitchen. She was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Shamarcus Carr, a.k.a. The Frenchman, and Dior argued on Facebook Live about infidelity. They both exposed each other for cheating and Carr repeatedly warned Dior that he would kill her if she didn’t stop interrupting him on Facebook Live.
“I gotta die about that? You told my sh*t!” she said, as he threatened her. Dior accused Carr of cheating on her after he was released from prison. But Carr said she cheated on him with a friend while he was locked up.
Carr, 36, and Dior, 27, shouted profanities at each other and she snatched his phone during the livestream. “Give me my phone,” Carr said before threatening her life.
“That’s crazy, y’all. I ain’t willing to die behind this,” Dior told the livestream viewers.
After the livestream ended, Carr fatally shot Dior before fleeing in his 2021 Dodge Challenger. He then took his own life after police tried to stop his car in Twin City.

A third person wrote, “Beat her for three hours naked before this happened and she went back. Pls get out and seek help if you’re in a DV situation. They will unalive you eventually.”
Someone else wrote: “He kept telling her he was about to kill her more than once, you only have to tell me once. I believe you 100%.”
