Cleveland Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins was arrested Saturday in Florida. He was charged with battery and domestic violence against a woman at the Four Seasons Hotel and Resort in Fort Lauderdale on July 12.
Police arrested Judkins on Saturday at the hotel. He was released Sunday after posting bond for the misdemeanor charge.
A Broward County judge ordered Judkins to stay away from the woman who he’s in a relationship with. He is to have no contact with her or be in possession of any firearms.

Judkins, 21, who is 6’0″ and 220 lbs, is accused of punching the woman in the face with a closed fist at the luxury hotel. In another incident on July 7, the woman claims Judkins punched her in the left thigh and arm while they were leaving the Fort Lauderdale International Airport in a rental car.
The woman told police Judkins pulled the car over and the victim jumped out. The victim called Judkins’ mother, but she did not tell her what he did.
When the victim got back into the car, she sat in the back seat rather than in the front seat.
As Judkins drove, they continued to argue about text messages. At one point, Judkins turned around and punched the victim in the left arm and thigh. Police noted bruising on her chin, arm and thigh.
When asked why she didn’t call 911 on July 7, the victim said she didn’t want to jeopardize Judkins’ job status with the Browns.
After speaking with family and friends, she realized “something needed to be done.”
The NFL and the Browns are aware of the domestic incident, but have declined to comment.
