LeBron James’ attorneys issued dozens of cease-and-desist letters to people creating AI-generated videos that show the Lakers star pregnant with Warriors star Steph Curry’s baby.

LeBron also threatened AI companies that allow his likeness to be manipulated in parody videos of him.

One video begins with LeBron caressing his baby bump. “Curry come quick. Our baby is being born,” he says.

LeBron is rushed into a delivery room where he delivers a baby with a full beard. Steph Curry asks LeBron why the newborn looks like NBA star James Harden. “He’s got a full beard already,” Steph says.

Later, LeBron spots James Harden out in the hallway laughing.

Several Instagram accounts have been banned, according to 404 Media.

“At least three Instagram accounts that had garnered millions of views on nonconsensual AI videos of James have been deleted by Instagram. When asked by 404 Media whether it had received a cease-and-desist letter from James, Meta refused to comment.”

Dozens of pregnant LeBron videos are going viral on X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and Facebook.

In late June, the moderators of the Interlink AI Discord community removed all “realistic people models” from the Interlink AI platform.

“This change comes after we ran into legal issues involving a highly valued basketball player, and to avoid any further complications, we’ve chosen to take a proactive approach and fully remove all realistic likenesses from the site,” the moderators wrote on Discord.
