Sean Combs and his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura were both named in a federal lawsuit filed by a former male escort in New York.
Clayton Howard accused Ventura, 38, of manipulating him to participate in “freak-offs” while Sean Combs watched.
Howard said Ventura and Combs, 55, trafficked him and used him as “entertainment to satisfy their sexual fetishes and personal ambitions.”
Howard is seeking $20 million in punitive damages for years of alleged abuse and trauma.

Howard, who testified as “Dave” during Combs’ RICO trial, said Ventura drugged, abused, and exploited him for her own desires.
He told TMZ that Ventura “embraced” Combs’ predilections and she manipulated him into sex acts with third parties.

Howard said he was drugged and coerced into sex with others and that he remained in the relationship with Ventura for nearly a decade.
He said Combs was “incredibly powerful,” and Ventura used that power to manipulate men “to do things that she wanted.”

“I was always afraid if I stopped coming, then I would start having problems because she threatened me several times to come and made me feel uncomfortable that I would come to see her just to avoid any problem with Sean Combs. He’s incredibly powerful. He has people that could follow me around damaging my life for years and it would cost him nothing to do it,” Howard added.
Howard’s evidence includes text messages and audio of Ventura threatening people if she didn’t get her way.
He also claims Ventura aborted his unborn child without telling him and gave him an STD.
