Actor/rapper Will Smith once topped the list of highest-paid actors in Hollywood. His blockbuster films have grossed over $10 billion worldwide and he was worth nearly $400 million.

But insiders tell RadarOnline that the “Men In Black” star is struggling to pay for the maintenance and upkeep on his properties.

Lack of film roles and the massive upkeep on his properties caused his $400 million net worth to dwindle.

Will’s recent attempt at a rap career comeback has fizzled. His latest single “Pretty Girls” didn’t even enter the Billboard chart.

Sources say Will and his estranged wife Jada Pinkett listed a Woodland Hills home in March for $2 million. They previously sold a 5-bedroom house in Maryland for $795,000.

Money troubles have driven a wedge between Will, 56, and Jada, 53. They no longer live under the same roof.

“They’re spending an absolute fortune maintaining the rest of their properties, and somewhere down the road it’s all going to fall to pieces,” said an insider.

“It’s getting harder to keep up with the enormous bills – especially with them not living together,” the source added.

According to Radar, Will lives alone in a sprawling $45 million, 150-acre ranch in Calabasas.

Meanwhile, Jada is reportedly living quietly in a house down the street from her former home.

“Things are still not resolved between them and it’s looking more and more that they’ll make a permanent split, but he’s still on the hook for all the expenses,” noted the insider.

Will’s five-finger slap to comedian Chris Rock’s face at the 2022 Oscar Awards damaged his otherwise pristine image. Insiders say Will is still blackballed in Hollywood.

“Ever since Slapgate, it’s been a stream of money pouring out and very little coming in,” the source added.
