Two suspects are in custody charged with stealing Slutty Vegan founder Pinky Cole Hayes‘ Bentley Bentayga during the grand opening of her new restaurant in May.

Cole Hayes just got the vehicle back from a mechanic when it was stolen.

Atlanta police arrested Kindred Pierce, 20, and Albert Brown, 21, for the theft of Cole Hayes’ Bentley and other luxury vehicles in Atlanta and at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

The theft occurred when Cole Hayes celebrated the grand opening of her new restaurant, Voagies, in May. The new restaurant is in the same location as the original Slutty Vegan restaurant on Ralph David Abernathy Road.

According to a police report, Cole Hayes’ husband, restaurateur Derrick Hayes, drove up in the SUV and left it running in front of the restaurant.

As he greeted friends in front of the restaurant, he heard the SUV drive off. Police say three men rode up on electric scooters, hopped in the car and sped off.

Hayes tried to follow them in another vehicle, but he lost them.

“I swear this car is not good luck,” Pinky Cole Hayes said in a video posted on social media.

The Bentley was later found stripped of its parts and abandoned.

Police say Pierce and Brown are responsible for stealing other high-end vehicles for their parts.

Used car parts for high-end vehicles are in demand due to President Trump’s tariffs on imported foreign car parts.

“This case demonstrates the power of collaborative policing and our commitment to dismantling organized criminal networks that target Atlanta’s residents and visitors,” the APD said in a statement
