Cardi B reacted to reports that her baby daddy Stefon Diggs has multiple baby mamas – and 3 more babies on the way.

Cardi, 32, is pregnant and due to deliver Stefon’s baby in December. But she isn’t the only woman currently knocked up by the New England Patriots wide receiver.

In an Instagram live video over the weekend, the “Safe” rapper admitted she is part of Stefon’s harem of 4 baby mamas.

Cardi B quoted singer Shirley Brown’s lyrics in her song “Woman to Woman”:

“Hello, Shirley? It’s me, Barbara… That’s your baby daddy, their baby daddy, my baby daddy too, girl,” Cardi said.

She added: Well, what now? I don’t f–ing know. We’ll figure it out, b–h.”

Fans say this is Cardi’s way of assuring the other baby mamas that she’s supportive of them. Cardi was comfortable being part of estranged husband Offset’s harem of 4 baby mamas.

She accepted all of his offspring as her own – and now she’s doing the same with Stefon’s brood.

Instagram model Aileen Lopera, also known as Lord Gisselle, filed a lawsuit in December 2024 claiming he fathered her daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, who was born in April 2025.

Instagram model Cay Benji is reportedly pregnant with Stefon’s twins! She is also mother to Stefon’s adorable 3-month-old daughter. Cay’s friends say the baby looks just like him. Judge for yourself by swiping left below.

TMZ suggested Cay is the woman seen sitting in Stefon’s SUV outside a hospital in NYC. Stefon was spotted leaving the hospital with a baby stroller on May 11.

TMZ obtained video of Stefon and Cay together the day before he sat courtside with Cardi B at the Boston Celtics vs New York Knicks NBA Playoffs game at Madison Square Garden.

Stefon is also father to a 5-month-old daughter by another woman. And he recently celebrated his infant daughter Shiloh’s 1st birthday. A photo from the lavish party shows him holding Shiloh while his 5th baby mama looks on enthusiastically.
