It seems that Mýa and Joyner Lucas are off the market. The lovebirds went Instagram official on Monday, Sept. 1.

Men on manosphere boards expressed their disappointment when Lucas posted a photo that showed him and Mýa wrapped in each other’s arms.

One fan on a manosphere board wrote: “Are you kidding me?! Mýa please no!”

Another fan said Mýa will end Joyner’s career: “She’s gonna end whats left of his career.”

A third person commented: “She finally gave it up. She was keeping the cookies in a jar for years. He got something there. Wish them the best.”

Others noted that Joyner had previously bagged Ashanti, Regina Hall and now Mya.

One man wrote: “Oh he a sniper on the low!! Not Regina and Ashanti!!!”

Lucas is a Hip-Hop artist and songwriter best known for his social commentary and thought-provoking songs like “I’m Not Racist.” His 2018 single, “Stranger Things” (ft Chris Brown), was his first song to enter the Billboard Hot 100.

Joyner is 37, while the R&B singer is 45. But they’re not fazed by the 8-year difference. She reportedly fell hard for his boyish charm.

In 2020, Mýa made blog headlines when she “married” herself on a beach in the Seychelle Islands.

On Valentine’s Day 2020, Mýa posted a photo of her wedding dress. The image caused a stir online. Many fans rushed to identify her new “husband.”

“It was all about self-care, self-love and getting myself back after a toxic relationship,” Mýa said at the time. “It’s not about anything like ‘all men are bad’ or anything like that. It’s really about becoming your best self and making sure that you’re leveling up in all aspects of your life.”

Mýa previously dated rappers Jay-Z, The Game, and ex-NFL stars DeSean Jackson, Larry Johnson, and singer Bryce Wilson of Groove Theory.
