Brittany Renner says she’s “struggling to make ends meet” on the meager child support payments she receives from NBA star PJ Washington.

Recently, a judge ordered PJ to pay Brittany $5,500 a month in support for their 4-year-old son, Paul Jermaine Washington III.

But Brittany claims that’s not enough money to support her son’s lifestyle and pay for groceries and utility bills.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, PJ was ordered to pay Brittany a $130,000 lump sum for back child support as well as her attorney’s fees.

In a new court filing, Brittany asked the judge to increase her payments to $35,000 a month based on PJ’s Dallas Mavericks contract that pays him $90 million over 4 years.

She said PJ originally paid her $2,500 a month. Then he agreed on the $5.5K figure when they lived together in North Carolina. But now she lives in the Los Angeles area where the cost of living is higher.

Brittany told the Los Angeles County court she “cannot afford the high cost of living given the current child support orders.” She added that PJ manages to see their son “less than 1/2 of the visitation time he is entitled to”.

Brittany said her son should enjoy the same lifestyle that PJ provides his other children with his wife, Alisah Chanel.

“I cannot provide [our son] a life anywhere similar to that of his father,” she wrote in court documents.

Brittany complained that PJ and Alisah live a life of luxury with their 2 minor sons, Preston and Paxton. She said they “have multiple luxury vehicles, constantly post their designer shopping clothes, and boast about luxury vacations.”

She wants some of that life for her son, too.

“They also constantly post their children wearing designer clothing,” Brittany wrote. “In contrast, I live in a humble Airbnb rental in West Hills and shop for [our son’s] clothes at Target.”

In addition to the $35,000 a month, Brittany wants PJ to pay her attorney’s fees, which total $50,000.
