Former NBA star Gilbert Arenas trolled Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups in a podcast on Thursday.
Chauncey, 49, and Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier, 30, are among 34 people, including Mafia crime figures, arrested by the FBI in six separate early morning raids on Thursday, Oct. 23.
Chauncey, who was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame last year, was arrested in Oregon and appeared in federal court yesterday. He was released on bond.
On Thursday, former NBA star Gilbert Arenas trolled Chauncey in a video that showed Gilbert carrying a brown paper bag with the words “Informant Lunch” written on it.
“This is my lunch, man, I didn’t get to eat it over there, I was talking too much,” he said. “The Blazers wasn’t gonna win anyway, the last thing they needed was their coach.”
Fox Sports 1 analyst Rachel Nichols is among those who believe Gilbert is a snitch.
Back in July, she commented on a video of Gil leaving jail following his own federal bust for illegal gambling. Rachel said Gil seems “willing to cut a deal.”
She tweeted: “Gilbert Arenas says ‘snitching Gil coming soon’ after being indicted on three federal charges accusing him of renting out his house for, and helping arrange, an illegal poker gaming racket. Gil is facing up to five years in prison but seems, um, willing to cut a deal.”

Gilbert is still offended by Rachel’s tweet.
In an episode of his “Gil’s Arena” podcast on Thursday, he insisted that he had nothing to do with Chauncey’s arrests.
“Rachel Nichols is foul. She used my video and she actually wrote that I possibly snitched… Two of them n–s is gambling on NBA. One is throwing poker games and robbing his friends. It ain’t got s–t to do with me.”
The three-time NBA All-Star also said he would never get involved with the mafia.
“I watch enough movies to know the last group you want to snitch on is the mafia,” he added. “Listen, I watch Dateline. They still ain’t found people since 1947. I like my YouTubing career.”
