The honeymoon phase is over for Hip-Hop couple Rihanna and A$AP Rocky. Viral cell phone video shows RiRi snapping at her common-law husband after the 2025 Gotham Film Awards at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City on Monday night.
In the video clip, a frustrated Rihanna tells A$AP she’s ready to leave, but he seems caught up in the moment and extends his hand out to her.
Rihanna pulled her hand back and “got a bit snappy” with A$AP, telling him she’s leaving, according to TMZ.

RiRi wore an oversized, pink formless dress with a long train and a pink feathered riding hat from Balenciaga’s Spring 2026 collection. The pop singer is still struggling to snap back after recently giving birth to her first daughter.
“On the runway, this sculpted silhouette had a certain charm, but here it loses structure and direction,” wrote RCFA. “The dress pools awkwardly, the gloves feel so forced, and the feathered hat isn’t adding mystery — it feels like she’s hiding behind it. In embarrassment.”
Rihanna and A$AP share 2 sons – RZA and Riot Rose, and an infant daughter named Rocki Irish Mayers.
The couple’s friend, Teyana Taylor also attended the event at Cipriani Wall Street.
Rihanna’s fans failed to see the snappy behavior that TMZ speaks of in the video.
