A confidential source claims a confidential source says Tyler Perry‘s latest accuser plans to subpoena his celebrity friends.

Aspiring actor Mario Rodriguez, 40, filed a lawsuit claiming the famed director made unwanted advances toward him and groped him.

According to blogger Janet Carlton, Mario plans to subpoena Tyler’s celebrity pals to testify under oath about his behavior.

“One of the biggest stories of the week was mega producer Tyler Perry being sued by yet another attractive male for s-xual harassment. Here’s what we know. This could get even uglier than it already is, since the purported victim, aspiring star Mario Rodriguez, is planning to subpoena Tyler’s famous friends, including Oprah Winfrey, to grill them about Tyler’s behavior. My source predicts that a settlement deal will eventually be the outcome, if for no other reason than to spare Tyler’s celebrity pals the embarrassment of having to testify.”

Text messages submitted to the court by Tyler’s attorneys show Mario allegedly asking Tyler for money for medical treatment before filing the lawsuit.

“feel sick most days,” Mario wrote. “never told anybody this but my mom and everybody is starting to notice my broke a-s don’t have insurance. you got my Mexican a– out of a lot of bad places and I just wanna tell you thank you.”

In other text messages, Mario wrote: “I can’t buy you anything, but I just wanna tell you that your boy right here appreciates you more than anything… straight from the heart bro nothing I wouldn’t do for you man anyways enjoy your time and I hope I see you again soon.”

In a video last month, Mario claimed the text messages prove he’s a victim.

IMDB.com lists only 2 acting credits for Mario: “Family Business” TV series in 2020 and Tyler’s “Boo! A Madea Halloween” movie in 2016.
