UPDATE: Police confirm the call was a hoax. SWAT have searched the whole house and found no indication of any shooting, and are now leaving (because lunchtime). (via Miss Info)
Keep it moving. There’s nothing to see here.

Miami Beach police report 4 people were shot at the waterfront home of rap artist Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., aka Lil Wayne.
Police are still on the scene at Lil Wayne’s home where a perimeter has been set up.
Wayne’s management updated his Twitter.com page to say the rapper “wasn’t home during alleged events.”
ABC News affiliate WPLG/Local 10 reports that Lil Wayne was scheduled to perform Thursday night at Nova Southeastern University’s homecoming event.
Rapper Mack Maine, who is affiliated with Wayne, also updated his Twitter timeline to let followers know that Maine was okay. “Everybody good on our side … thanks for the concern.”
Local 10 reports police are attempting to communicate with someone inside the home.
In an earlier incident last week, police were called to Wayne’s home to investigate a report of an intruder. Police entered the home but they found nothing out of the ordinary. Outside the home police encountered a man who said the rapper invited him to Miami. They let the man go because they did not observe him on the property.
