I’m 5’2″ and she’s shorter. I told her that at her height and build a size 10 would mean she’s still overweight. She got mad, tried to read me and tell me BMI’s and height/weight charts are bs. I told her that they’re only bs for people that are tall and/or muscular because they don’t consider muscle weight. For people our size they are accurate

BMI chart is definitely accurate for me (5’2″, 120). I have about 5 more pounds before I look like an oompa loompa. If I lose 5 pounds, then I would look like a child of middle school age. That line is very fine
