Police have identified the Oregon Community College gunman as 26-year-old Chris Harper Mercer, a mixed race gun enthusiast and NRA supporter.
Mercer allegedly ordered students to stand up and state their religion before shooting them, a witness told the local News-Review newspaper.
Mercer killed 10 students and injured 7 others at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon.
He was shot and killed when he exchanged gunfire with police near the scene of the massacre.
The shooting was confined to a single classroom in Snyder Hall. Fox News reports the gunman targeted the students in the classroom.
It has not been confirmed that the student was a student at the college.
National news media outlets swarmed the social media pages of Umpqua Community College students.
According to media reports, Mercer posted his intentions on 4Chan message board on Wednesday.
A brazen Fox News reporter infiltrated 4Chan and questioned the members about not reporting Mercer’s posts to law enforcement.
“Some of you guys are alright. Don’t go to school tomorrow if you are in the northwest,” the anonymous poster wrote.

Filling:
Boil the quinoa for 10 minutes, so that it’s NOT completely
cooked
Cook all of the meats, drain the turkey and set aside.
Next cook all of the veggies together in one pan until
slightly done, add the meats, cook for 5 mins. Then add the diced tomatoes (don’t drain it) and
tomato paste. Cook for 5 mins then add quinoa for another 5 mins. Add a ½-1 cup of cheese. Done.
Peppers:
Clean and cut the top off of the peppers. Empty them out.
Dice all of the leftover peppers and throw them in with the filling or set
aside.
Get a big pot add the water and stock/cube, bring the water
to a boil. Throw all of the peppers in for 5-6 mins to slightly cook. Take out and drain excess water.
Cook:
Fill each pepper, place leftover cheese on top ( add more for desire);
then plan in pan and cook for 10 -15 mins.
Enjoy
1 Cup of quinoa ( I used the red for color)
2 Cups of kale
2 Cups of mushrooms
1 small onion
1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
2 sausages (Italian)
1 lb of ground meat
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
5 Cups of Water
1 Chicken Bouillon cup or any stock
2 Cups of cheese
Various seasonings: I would say add what you love.
6 bell peppers (depending on the size)
