Rap mogul 50 cent is featured on the cover of Alexa, the NY Post’s free magazine insert.
Wearing a top hat and crisp white shirt and tie, the 40-year-old rapper comes off as a suave and debonair man about town on the cover.
“People don’t expect this s–t of me,” says the rapper, while showing off his blinged out 24-karat gold Versace toilet in one of his three New York area homes.
The rapper recently filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy to reorganize his finances after losing 2 costly lawsuits. He discussed the $78 million endorsement deal he just signed with high-end men’s underwear line FRIGO; the $100 million he walked away with when he cashed out his Vitamin Water holdings; and the 3-year-old son he sired with butt model Daphne Joy.
“Christmas revolves around my little guy,” he says. “I entertain myself by entertaining him.”
But the same can’t be said about his eldest son, Marquise, who irked his father when he released text messages that revealed the catty side of Fiddy.
But Fiddy can explain that: he said his son is jealous of his success.
“When you pray for success, you don’t pray for envy, jealousy or entitlement,” he says. “But those things are common side-products.”
