Malachi Love-Robinson is in trouble with the law again. The 18-year-old made headlines last month when he was arrested by an undercover cop for posing as a doctor.
Love-Robinson was arrested again on Tuesday night, the NY Daily News reports.
Ny Daily News — He was booked Tuesday night on five more counts of fraud and one count of larceny, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators said Love-Robinson used a patient’s bank information to pay almost $35,000 toward his auto loan and credit card debts, the Palm Beach Post reported.
A judge ordered him in a hearing Wednesday morning to take a mental health screening. He was freed under the county’s supervised release program Wednesday afternoon, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Therese Barbara told the Daily News.
Love-Robinson is “entrepreneurial” and “brilliant,” his attorney Andrew Stine said in an interview with WPTV.
