Miami Heat superstar LeBron James and his common law wife, Savannah Brinson, have settled for a ‘modest’ Coconut Grove mansion, not the gargantuan $50 million spread that a certain blogger lied about.
According to a Coconut Grove real estate agent, LeBron and Savannah have decided to purchase a $7 million, 4 bedroom, 5 bath mansion in quiet, secluded Devon Court, a private enclave of 15 homes just south of Miami.
The home boasts a soaring 3-story foyer, an elevator, and his and hers showers in the master bathroom.
In the massive hands of basketball phenom and Miami Heat frosh LeBron James: a contract to plunk down some cash on a villa in Coconut Grove, Fla. I love Khloe’s personality the most on the show tho. She seems to be the most down to earth one and just likes to have fun. Although she comes in last place behind Kourtney and Kim in the looks dept she’s still pretty too.

The most important part of the story is not how Savannah looks or which Kardashian sister looks best. It is a budgeting lesson. Buy what you need and if you can afford it, spend a little more. There isn’t a need to spend 50M on a house just bc you make 3x that. Even though we are in a bad economic state nationally bc of ppl who have purposely made it this way for their gain, we are largely to blame bc we just don’t know to live within our means…much less spend sensibly even with having a lot of money in the bank. That might have been my comment you were referring to with “average pretty”. To me it just means a person looks pretty in a normal way, not exceptionally beautiful. I commented that I saw Savannah in a picure before and she was beautiful (more than just pretty) but on this picture she was pretty in the way you could see a person down the street looking. Kim is my girl but without makeup she is pretty in an normal way too (sorry Man) and so are a lot of people in Hollywood. But with makeup on she is very beautiful. But that’s still good that a woman (Kim and Savannah) can be pretty w/o makeup because not everyone can.
