Angela Simmons‘ official pregnancy announcement on Friday didn’t break the Internet. In fact, the news barely caused a ripple on social media. That’s because everyone knew Simmons, 28, was pregnant by her fiancé Sutton Tennyson.
Tennyson, 35, doesn’t look too thrilled at the prospect of being a father. He still has a ways to go before his oats sowing days are over.
But Simmons is smart to get her baby making days behind her before age 30. After age 30, a woman’s eggs begin to lose their potency as the chromosomes age.
Every female is born with all of her eggs in her ovaries (about 1 to 2 million eggs). Which means by age 30 our eggs are a mature 30 years old.
According to Psychology Today, “Neither old eggs nor sperm of older men are as healthy as those of younger adults” and “The most healthy fertile years for women are in their twenties, when their bodies are mature…”
No doubt Angela’s father, the legendary RUN DMC rapper Rev. Run, is thrilled to be a grandfather again.
He is already pawpaw to daughter Vanessa Simmons‘s baby girl Ava Marie Jean Wayans, 2, and son Joseph “JoJo” Simmons Jr.‘s daughter, Mia Simmons, 3 months.
Below is a Celebrity Seed bonus photo of Ice T‘s wife Coco Austin and their baby doll daughter Chanel Nicole Marrow, who turned 6 months old today. Isn’t she precious?
