Beyonce Knowles-Carter nearly broke the Internet on Wednesday when she announced she and husband Jay Z, 47, are expecting twins.
To silence the naysayers, Beyonce, 36, posted an Instagram photo of herself posing in a bra, cutoff denim shorts, and a veil as she cradled a distorted-looking baby bump.
Beyonce appears to be 5+ months pregnant in the image. But a closer look at the photo proves the image has been altered.
The pixels in the area around the fake baby bump appear soft and distorted.
“We would like to share our love and happiness,” she wrote in the photo caption. “We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. – The Carters.”
Beyonce and Jay Z, real name Shawn Carter, are parents to daughter Blue Ivy, who turned 5 on Jan. 7. Insiders say a surrogate carried Blue Ivy to term.
That probably explains why Beyonce hastily posted the Photoshopped image.
