Lisa Marie Presley’s twin daughters were removed from her Tennessee home by social workers following an investigation into child p0rn found on her husband’s computer.
Finley and Harper Lockwood, 8, were placed in the care of California’s Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), according to WENN.com.
In court documents filed as part of her divorce from musician Michael Lockwood, 55, Presley claimed she found indecent photos of nude children on her husband’s computer.
“I was shocked and horrified and sick to my stomach,” she wrote in court documents.
Presley, 49, explained that police raided her former home with Lockwood and discovered 80 electronic devices, which haven’t been fully analyzed.
“My understanding is that Tennessee law enforcement is also conducting an investigation related to the photos and videos that I discovered,” she said in the documents, obtained by Daily Mail Online.
“I have no idea what else may be on those devices and fear that there are more and worse images and evidence in these un-analyzed devices.”
Presley and Lockwood married in 2006. Presley filed for divorce last June, citing irreconcilable differences.
In court documents, Lockwood asked for $40,000-a-month in spousal support, and for Presley to pay $100,000 towards his legal fees.
Presley explained that her $300 million fortune left to her by her late father, Elvis Presley, was gone. She added in the papers that she has to pay for two nannies to supervise Lockwood when he visits his twin daughters.
But Lockwood claims Presley receives a generous $100,000 monthly allowance from her father’s estate, and she often blows $20,000 at a time on shopping sprees.
Presley told the court she is destitute and has been forced to move in with her actress daughter Riley Keough, 27.
Presley briefly married pop icon Michael Jackson as a benevolent gesture in 1994 to prove he was heterosexual. The marriage lasted 2 years and produced no children.
Lockwood is Presley’s 4th husband.
