Via Blind Gossip — This celebrated actress and her husband moved from a townhouse in the San Fernando Valley to a larger, single-family home a few years ago.

They kept the townhouse and rented it out to a single man.

After the man had lived there for a few months, the couple started getting complaints from their former neighbors in the complex.

They said that people were entering and leaving at all hours of the day and night and that there were also an unusually high number of UPS packages coming and going.

The actress’ husband went over to the townhouse to see what was going on. He knocked on the door and was greeted by a very good-looking but scantily-clad man.

It turns out that the renter was a businessman… and was using the townhouse as the headquarters AND main filming location for a gay p*rn company!

It took months, but the actress and her husband finally got the tenant evicted on the basis of a clause in their homeowners contract that prohibited the use of the residence as a business.

Our actress – who was one of this year’s Oscar nominees/winners – had dozens of gay p*rn films shot in her home!
