Blac Chyna and her lawyers were spotted headed to court Monday morning to file a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian. Chyna and her lawyer Lisa Bloom, left, who recently represented comedienne Kathy Griffin, also filmed an exclusive interview with ABC News, where she denied charges that she was participating in a PR stunt with Kardashian.
Chyna, 29, told ABC News she felt betrayed by Kardashian, the father of her 7-month-old daughter Dream.
“I was devastated, of course. I’m like, ‘How could somebody, like, post these pictures of me?'” Chyna said. “This is a person that I trusted. I just felt betrayed.”
Kardashian, 30, was banned from Instagram.com after he posted nude images of Chyna last week. Sources say Kris Jenner’s only son flew into a rage after he learned Chyna had contacted reality TV producers regarding filming a reality show about her life with her new man, “Ferrari”.
Kardashian is being represented in court by super lawyer Robert Shapiro, who was part of the fabled “dream team” of lawyers who helped Simpson win an acquittal on murder charges.
Shapiro, 74, declined to comment as he headed into court on Monday.
