Kenya Moore had one job. All she had to do was find a man willing to play her husband on Real Housewives of Atlanta.
A production source tells gossip webloid TMZ, that Moore’s “husband”, Brooklyn restauranteur Marc Daly, has refused to film any episodes of the show.
The RHOA cast is on its annual girls trip — this time to Barcelona — but Kenya was told not to bother packing her bags if she couldn’t convince her rent-a-husband to come along.
We’re told she was invited initially and in the lead up to the trip even participated in scenes where the cast was talking about it. But then … producers yanked her invite.
Why? Our sources say Bravo told Kenya she needed to film scenes leading up to the trip with hubby Marc Daly, ?but he wasn’t down. Producers felt she was just making more excuses for Marc’s lack of participation, so the invite got yanked.
The Housewives get paid per episode, but the problem is their husbands (or boyfriends) don’t get paid a dime — at least not for their 1st season on the show.
Mr. Daly is a businessman, and what businessman works for free? Especially if he has to pretend he’s laying up under Kenya?
According to TMZ, producers gave Kenya an ultimatum — either get your fake hubby on ‘RHOA’ or turn in your peach.
