You were right: Sean Combs had no intentions of routinely picking up and dropping off his twin daughters off at school every day.
The exhausted music mogul got up at 6 a.m. to transport his 11-year-old twin daughters, Jessie James and D’Lila Star to school on Monday.
“I’m now a part of the 6 a.m. crew,” he said in an Instagram Live video. The 49-year-old music mogul, who is expecting his 6th child with girlfriend Cassie, went on to give a shout out to all the single mothers and single fathers who take care of their kids, rather than farm them out to friends and family to raise because they’re too busy.
Combs chose not to pick his kids up from school on Monday. Instead, he tossed the keys of his Lamborgini truck to his youngest son, Christian Combs, and told him to go get the girls.
Christian, 20, was more impressed with the pricey whip as he got out of the car at a fast food restaurant. “You know I had to pick my sisters from school in the Lambo truck,” he bragged.
“Had to see what the hype was about,” he said, as he scanned the vehicle on Instagram Live.
The aspiring rapper and model apologized to his sibling, Jessie James, as he held the car door for her to get out.
Many of my readers dragged Sean Combs for calling attention to his daddy duties. Some said he should take 3 months off from social media to properly grieve the sudden loss of his baby mama Kim Porter, the 47-year-old mother of Christian and the twins.
But Combs and his children are too addicted to social media to abandon it now.
The Lamboghini SUV — with its 650-hp 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine — has a base price of $200,000. Sean is probably leasing his for around $2,700 a month.
