Cassie Ventura is off the market. The 32-year-old one-hit singer introduced her new boyfriend, Alex Fine, to her mother in an Instagram post that has social media buzzing.
Cassie posted images of herself with Alex and her mother on Christmas Day. She captioned the images, “I love you Mommy.” In one photo, Cassie and her new beau kiss passionately.
There were rumors that Cassie was pregnant by her longtime boyfriend, music mogul Sean “Puffy” Combs, 49. But those rumors were unfounded.
Insiders whispered that Cassie cultivated the rumors to force Combs to impregnate her because her internal clock was ticking. But Combs was distracted when Kim Porter, the mother of 3 of his 5 children, died suddenly on November 15.
Cassie and Combs, who separated before Porter’s death, reunited before her funeral. Cassie did not attend Porter’s funeral with Combs, and she apparently decided to move on with Alex.
Now it becomes clear why Combs continues to mourn on social media.
If Cassie is looking for a hot man to father her children and settle down, she couldn’t have found a better candidate than Alex.
There isn’t much information about Alex on the Internet yet. According to his Instagram profile, the California native is a personal trainer, avid bull rider, a fitness buff, and an executive with a bottled water company called Hemp Hydrate.
Alex is also a philanthropist who generously gives of his time and money to help others in need. There are photos of him delivering food and water to victims of recent hurricanes, as well as photos of him visiting sick children in hospitals.
He seems to be quite a catch.
Alex’s last girlfriend was Christy Balewski, a special education teacher from Los Angeles.
