Soulja Boy fans are complaining they have yet to receive products they ordered from the rapper’s online store 4 months ago. He claims the purchases are on back order and anyone who hasn’t received their products can request a refund.

According to Complex.com, customers say they ordered SouljaWatches and other Soulja Boy-branded electronics but they still haven’t received their orders.

Soulja Boy, who was born DeAndre Way, began offering the products for sale online in December 2018, after his comeback was made possible by singer Ariana Grande and others.

Fans who received their orders say the products are low quality and defective. They demanded refunds but are still waiting for their money. Fans even found the same watches and electronics on other websites at cheaper prices. They accuse Soulja Boy of re-branding the products with his name on them.

Nintendo reportedly filed a copyright lawsuit against the rapper which resulted in his SouljaGame console being removed from souljawatch.com.

Soulja promised to fill all the orders but fans point out that the products still haven’t arrived months later.

He later admitted the products were back-ordered from a factory in mid-January. The rapper told Complex that his team received more orders than expected which put them behind on schedule. He asked his fans to be patient while he awaits delivery of merchandise from a third world country.

Soulja directed his customers to email requests for refunds to a website (souljaboymp3@gmail.com), but customers complain that their emails have gone unanswered.

One mom told Complex she ordered a SouljaWatch for her son but they have yet to receive the watch.

“My 13-year-old son asked me to order a SouljaWatch for him on my debit card,” Temeisha writes. “I only agreed to order it for him because he gave me the cash that he saved from his birthday. I warned him that I didn’t trust it but he felt good about it because it was from Soulja Boy. We have yet to receive any watch! My son is still holding on to hope that maybe it’ll just take a while. I have no faith that he will ever receive it.”

This isn’t the first time the 28-year-old rapper has had trouble with online sales.

In December 2015 he owed credit card companies $175,000 after he claimed he was scammed in a hoverboard chargeback scheme. Soulja sold the hoverboards for $1,500 apiece through his online store.
